Remote HOA Management

Remote HOA Management in Washington

Serving Seattle, Bellevue, Spokane

APM delivers professional HOA and condo management to Washington boards entirely online — software, financials, and board support for communities in Seattle, Bellevue, Spokane, and beyond.

HOA and condominium boards in Washington — whether in Seattle, Bellevue, Spokane or smaller communities across the state — face the same core challenges: keeping financials accurate and transparent, enforcing community standards consistently, managing vendors accountably, and running compliant board meetings. Remote management through APM means your board gets professional support for all of these functions without the cost and overhead of a traditional local management company.

APM's remote management platform, HOA Alchemy, is the operating layer of your community. Board members get a live dashboard showing bank balances, reserve fund status, open violations, vendor work orders, and meeting history — updated in real time. Homeowners pay dues online, submit requests through the portal, and receive notices digitally. The whole community runs more efficiently, and your board spends less time on administrative overhead.

Washington community associations are governed by Washington Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (WUCIOA). Compliance with state law matters — incorrect election procedures, missing annual disclosures, or improperly documented enforcement actions expose boards to homeowner challenges and legal liability. APM's remote management team provides compliance guidance and documentation support to keep your Washington association running correctly, even without an in-state office.

Washington HOA & Condo Law Changes 2021–2025

2024 Legislative Session

SB 5796WUCIOA for All (Phase-In)

Repeals the Horizontal Property Regimes Act, Washington Condominium Act, HOA Act, and Land Development Act effective January 1, 2028. All Washington common interest communities will be governed exclusively by WUCIOA (RCW 64.90) after that date.

2025 Legislative Session (eff. Jan 1, 2026)

SB 5129Accelerated WUCIOA Meeting Compliance
